Our privately owned, upgraded, 4BR, 3.5 BA Florida vacation villa is located at Regal Palms Resort and Spa at Highlands Reserve we are just a 2 minute walk around the corner to the resort pool entrance & clubhouse. . Pool Hours 8:30 am to 11 pm. Later hours in the summer.

The resort offers a large Swimming area with a kids pool, Lazy river and a slide , Sauna, Spa Gymnasium, Kids Park, Bananna Jacks (Game Room), Restaurant that serves Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner, there is a Bar inside the restaurant and Tiki bar outside located by the pool area. Pool towels are provided free of charge at the resort
