IF YOU ARE MAKING A GROUP BOOKING FOR 6 Nations, LET ME KNOW SO I CAN MAKE A DEAL. BREAKFAST INCL, I'M ONLY 10MINS DRIVE TO THE CITY!
This spacious bedroom is actually my own. Guests should note that I will only take a booking for this when the other 3 bedrooms are booked. It is NOT available on a weekly or monthly basis.
Guests can enjoy a comfortable sleep in a king size bed and watch TV+freeview+DVD, with a hot drink. The room looks onto the street with plenty of daily sunlight, It has wooden floors, a lamp, central heating, wi-fi, hairdryer, limited hanging space and clean linens and towels. I can supply hangers for clothes but there won't be any wardrobe space. The house is double glazed.
There is a lock on the each bedroom, guests are given a set of keys to access both the front and bedroom door.
Guests can enjoy a hot and hearty breakfast or cereal, toast and juice, please ask about breakfast when booking. Tea, coffee and juice is always available to guests during their short term stay. Always ask about breakfast, cost differs.
The kitchen is a communal area where guests can cook their own food, if required or make use of the wi-fi.
You can walk 5mins to local amenities:- bus stop to and from the city centre, bakeries, a Co-op, Post Office, take-aways, leisure centre, cashpoints and two highly recommended cafes.
There is a 7 days local bus service, a single fare is £1.80 or £3.60 for an all-day ticket. Always have the correct change! A cab fare to the city centre costs approx £6.50. You can walk to the centre within 30mins. I can provide maps, brochures and an A-Z.
