Double room with private bathroom

The accommodation is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood near the Phoenix Park and it is easily accessible to the city center

We can set up a single airbed that we can put on the floor, next to the bed. It works well for a couple and one young child or very close family or friends

The room is separated from the part of the house where we live so guests have a lot of privacy.
Guests do not have use of any other areas, then their bedroom and bathroom
Kitchen is not allowed to guests

Check in are welcome anytime between 17pm and midnight.
Early check in might be possible, the housekeeper might be able to meet you before the check in time, but she will charge you 20 Euro.
Please check out by 11 am.

The neighborhood:

Within walking distance there are a few supermarkets, a cafeteria, a take away, pubs, a bar and restaurants as illustrated in the pictures.

Going to the city center:

The house is located at 6 km from the city center.
Public transport is on the doorstep: the city center is 15 minutes away by train and the train station, where you can take the DART, is only few minutes walk away.
Close to the house there are also frequent buses that can take you to the city center in 20 minutes (120 bus).
A single fare to the city center, by train or bus, is around 2 Euro.

There are plenty of attractions in the city center, you might also like booking one day trip to several destination in Ireland ( Cliff of Moher, Wicklow Montain, Belfast...)

From the airport:

My house is located 15 km from the airport and by taxi it will take 15 minutes to reach my place.
Please let me know if you want to come by taxi, I can suggest you a private licensed taxi driver at affordable rates.

If you decided to use public transport, once you arrive at the airport the cheapest bus to take is the number 16, it runs every 20 minutes and it should take you to the city center in about half an hour. It costs around 3 Euro.

From the city center than you have two options:

- the bus 120 from Parnell street. The bus will take you to my place in about 20 minutes but it could take longer if there is traffic. My house is just a few meters away from tha last bus stop in Ashtown.
On the bus you have to pay by coins and the drivers don't give you change

- from the city center you can take the Dart (suburban train) at Tara station direction Longford/Maynooth. I live close to Ashtown station. Travelling by train is much faster than bus, but you should check the timetable because during certain hours the train doesn't run very often
The train is a bit cheaper then the bus, around 2 Euro

By car

From the airport take the M50 and exit at the Junction 6 (Blanchardstown) and turn left. At the last round bound in Navan Road turn left again, my place is a few meters away from the railroad crossing.

Free street parking is available.

As soon as the booking will be completed, you will receive an email with all data of your booking, the exact address and all information for a smooth check-in, including the directions to our meeting points and our phone number.
We strongly advice to print that email or screenshot it on your phone/tablet.
