The Space

The 30m2 apartment has a queen double bed for 2 persons and a seating area with two sofa beds.

Studio is located on the 4th floor of a building with no elevator. It is triple-oriented and very bright, isolated from city noise and has a terrace overlooking the courtyard of the building.

You will be renting a completely private apartment unit in a residential building & you will have the flat all for yourself! :)

The Neighborhood

Studio apartment is located in Kumanovska street in the heart of the historic part of the city center - Vracar area, near Tasmajdan park and the National Assembly, on 15 minutes walk from Republic Square and Knez Mihailova Street.

Getting around

Apartment is very close to the city center, in fact it borders with "Stari Grad" district and through Slavija Square (a public transportation hub). It has a very good connection with the other parts of the city.

There are many great attractions nearby, including National Museum, Red Star Stadium, Kalemegdan Citadel and Belgrade Arena. Also close by are Tasmajdan Park and Church of Saint Marko.

Vračar is a very pleasant district to live in: it's full of small, shady streets, many major shops and stores (most of them on Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra) as well as small shops of all sorts, a full range of services, museums, theaters, the biggest green market in the city (called Kalenić), some really nice restaurants, kafanas and many cafes!

From the location of the property you can easily access multiple tourist destinations by foot - Nikola Tesla Museum, Cathedral of Saint Sava and Republic Square and a Main Bus & Train station.

Within a 20-minute car ride away, Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport (BEG) is within easy reach of the property.

Other Things to Note

Paid parking per hour is possible along the street (zone 2) or in a public parking garage "Vukov Monument", which is located 500 m away.
