N. Berkeley Room Near UC Berkeley

The place is a nice white color with a fully working kitchen: stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge and a bathroom with shower and large bedroom. Great location with some of the best restaurant including the world famous Chez Panisse Restaurant and Cheese Board. We just put in hardwood floors, and we have one or three comfortable beds.. Backyard has many trees.
The Space
Enjoy the North Berkeley Oxford facilities with two spacious furnished rooms in addition to a equipped kitchen, bathroom (with bathtub) and a spacious backyard. Housed in a 1901 brown shingle house, which that has a scholarly - entrepreneurial heritage. The house has been home to researchers, scholars, and entrepreneurs.

Location is perfect. The residence  is near U.C. Berkeley (3-blocks), in a good neighborhood within walking distance of Trader Joe's, Gourmet Ghetto and Public Transportation (BART subway transportation to SF). There are many nice cafes and restaurants too, including "Bittersweet" the hot new chocolate cafe. It is close to downtown an 8-minute walk, and the Berkeley Theater District which is a 5-minute away.

The backyard has many trees and a quite place to do work with speedy Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom has both a bathtub and shower. A little further you will find some of the best restaurants in the area including the world famous Chez Panisse Restaurant and Cheese Board.
