The room is located in a secure horizontal condominium called “Isla Dorada” which is in the heart of the hotel zone of Cancun. The beach, nightclubs, and malls, are all about 10 minutes away from our house! Get ready for life in paradise!

The Space

Big, spacious, safe and private. The room has a full view of the beautiful lagoon, the swimming pool, gardens, and tanning areas. King-size real bed and private bathroom in room. Spacious balcony overlooking the lagoon, closet with lots of space, marble floors air conditioning and ceiling fan. No insects or mosquitos at all because the residential area is fumigated daily and the condominium has 24/7 security, with vigilance cameras and guards.
Breathtaking pool right outside the house and beautiful walk on boardwalk lagoon. Caribbean gardens with bridges over canals.

Guest Access

There is a mini supermarket on premises and a jogging, walking, and bicycle track. Flat screen plasma television with satellite TV, wireless internet 24/7 and hair dryer in the room. Input water water to house is softened and filtered. Also, access to clubhouse with heated pool and snack-bar.

Interaction with Guests

We will help you with anything you need. Recommendations on where to go or where to eat, what are good prices and where to get them, etc. Feel free to ask us anything, I have a warm and sociable family that is happy to help!

The Neighborhood

The room is located in a horizontal condominium called “Isla Dorada” which is in the heart of the hotel zone of Cancun. The hotel zone is the most popular and beautiful part of all Cancun, and some might say all of Mexico! The condominium “Isla Dorada” has a reputation of being the most exclusive and the absolute best in the hotel zone. The beach, nightclubs, and malls, are all about 10 minutes away from our marine villa!

Getting around

Most of the places where you would want to go you can walk to. The bus stop is 8 minutes away walking distance. There are busses passing by 24/7 every minute or so, and most of them have AC (the cost is 10 pesos for any distance). We can call (or you can call) the Taxi station and a taxi/cab will come right at our doorstep.

Other Things to Note

Cleaning of the room every day before 1pm. We provide all of purified water you need. We've got a dispenser and you can help yourself whenever you want. Gourmet top class hot breakfast, either Mexican or continental. Fruit, freshly-made juice, every day. We also provide towels for the pool and the beach if you need them. On your arrival we will give you orientation for whatever you want to do or wherever you want to go. We have brochures of the different touristic attractions. We have been living here for some time, so we will give you tips on where to eat, what to do, etc. Any questions you have, you can ask us! There is a parking space if you are going to rent a car.

Paying Services:
-$30 USD for personal taxi service to the airport.
-$10 USD for laundry washing services and drying services.
-$10 USD for ironing services.
