A great beachside apartment, in front of the Ocean, very spacious and airy at 50 meters from Alvor´s beach.
You just walk to the beach and don't need a car.

It is also near of Portimão (7 km), Lagos (15km) and albufeira (30km).

Alvor is an ancient coastal fishing village, on the western Algarve, (Algarve Wins 2012 Award For Best Beach Destination In Europe). The village is located at the mouth of the River Alvor, the most important wetland area in the Algarve. Made up of narrow streets, the village of Alvor has countless restaurants, bars and shops. On the waterfront you can enjoy grilled fish and fresh seafood and a great night life. The superb beach with 3 mile stretch of golden sand and is rated one of the best on the Algarve (and world top 10 by hotels.com).

You can walk, or hire a bicycle, on the new estuary boardwalk or choose a local boat trip to the caves, or even practice water sports like kittesurf, windsurf, Canoeing, water ski. You can also choose hire a car and discover historic places including Lagos, Silves, Sagres and the Monchique´s Mountains.

The area is a golfer’s paradise with the championship course at Penina just a 10 minute drive, also Alto, Gramacho, Quinta De Morgado & Palamares all within a 15 minute drive.

Ideally located and enjoying a privileged location (just steps away from the Alvor Beach and a 10 minutes walk to the village center), the apartment with a contemporary design mixed with local traditional materials, consist of two bedroom each one with is own private bathroom, wardrobes and sliding natural wood doors.

The living area is open and modern with an direct relation to the kitchen and is ideal for dinning and relax. The traditional terra-cota floor, a built-in corner sofa and a lot of sunlight due to large sliding windows, contribute to a sense of Mediterranean culture.

CLEANING
Clean towels, linens and sheets are provided.
Guests are responsible for taking the garbage out and for leaving the apartment tidy on check out.

Checkin after 10pm or before 09am has a fee of 20 euros - paid directly on checkin.
Late checkout, when there are no guests coming on the same day, are possible, at no extra cost.
