Casale fenced in 1915 , renovated with quality materials, in the hills of absolute tranquility.

The villa (150 square meters) is on two levels, has 3 bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower is equipped with a living room with fireplace and TV, dining room, utility room and kitchen with all mod cons: dishwasher, stove, fridge and freezer, electric oven, electric coffee machine.

Supplied with vacuum cleaner and hairdryer, and the possibility of fittare baby bed and high chair, (mosquito nets on the Windows).

Exterior: Large fenced courtyard for parking, 2000 square meters of garden, partly meadow, equipped with table and chairs, partly olive grove, always fenced.
