A wide range of sights and attractions are just a 20-minute drive away, including the town of Bad Kleinkirchheim with its two thermal baths and the large ski area that is also great for hiking the upper slopes in summer. Other ski areas and ski runs can be found on the Turracherhöhe, the Falkert Alm, the Gerlitzen and in Sirnitz and St. Oswald. You don't have much farther to go to reach the beautiful southern lakes such as the Ossiachersee, the Millstättersee and Feld am See, where you can go wind surfing, sailing and water skiing in summer, as well as sunbathing of course.
