The "Lower" villa suite has a huge living/entertaining room with vaulted ceillings, built around the granite boulders of Koh Tao, and wonderful views, one master bedroom with double (best quality mattress) bed, air-con, 50" flat HDTV with premium programing by satelite.
There are three sleeper couches, and I have extra mattresses available, if requested. The "Lower" villa does not include swimming pool access, unless it has been booked as part of the whole house (both "Upper" & "Lower).

The best Western quality full size mattress, a huge living/entertaining room with three sleeper couches (additional mattresses available at no extra charge, on request), an especially beautiful and natural shower/toilet area built into the boulders... the entire space is built into the giant granite boulders of Koh Tao. Large windows encircle the living room, showing off the beautiful sea views at every angle. The "lower" has a shared kitchen, and has a full size fridge, stove, washing machine, filtered water, etc.
