The Neighborhood

Ko Chang, one of the largest Thai islands in the Gulf of Thailand, contains dense, steep (website hidden) Ko Chang National Park, a preserve with hiking trails and waterfalls like the tiered Klong Plu, covers the interior and extends to offshore coral reefs. The coast is dotted with beaches and villages such as Bang Bao, which is built on piers.

Getting Around

There are some roads and taxis available on Koh Chang. It is also super simple to rent a scooter which gives you the ultimate freedom to really enjoy the island.
