Modern Apartment at Sundbyberg

This is a modern, totally and renovated apartment as of June 2015.

It is 55 sqm large, has a bedroom and a combined large living room and kitchen.

In the bedroom there are two 160x200cm double bed, a cupboard, desk and balcony which can hold four people.

In the living room there is a bed sofa for two people, dining table, TV, coffee machine, micro wave oven, normal oven, freezer and refrigerator.

Thus, all in all, 6 persons can stay comfortably in the apartment, 4 in the bedroom's double beds and 2 in the living room's comfortable bed sofa.

In the bath room there is a shower, tumble dryer, washing machine and sink with mirror.

The apartment comes fully furnished with bed linen, towels, silver ware, plates and the rest you need for a comfortable and relaxed living! There is a hair dryer as well in the bath room.

There is a TV in the living room.

In the neighborhood of the apartment are shops, banks, restaurants and all kinds of convenience stores, available at a 2 min walk!

The local commuter train - Pendeltåget - goes from the house towards Stockholm every 10-15 minutes and takes 4-5 minutes to reach Karlberg Station and about 8-10 minutes to the City Center in Stockholm. With the metro you get to the Center in about 10-13 minuets and the subway goes about every 5 minutes. There is also Tvärbanan, which is like a tram that cuts through Stockholm like a circle - you reach Solna in 5 minutes, Alvik and Bromma, in 15, and Gullmarsplan in about 20-30 minutes. You reach all of these transports on foot in 4 minutes! Everything is close and conveniently located to this fresh and brand new apartment!

HOUSE RULES:

• We will like you to help recycle - bins with the corresponding goods are to be found underneath the kitchen sink. Wash plastic, glass etc. and dry them before you put them in these containers.

• We kindly ask you to always take of the shoes upon entering the apartment and put them on the designed area underneath the coat- and hat shelf.

• No voice and loud music after 10 p.m. and before 9 a.m.

• Lock both locks of the entry door before leaving the apartment and make sure you always have the house keys with you upon exiting, else you will get locked out!

• Don't filter hot water with the water filter, only cold water.

• Dry the floor in the bathroom after each shower and pull out the shower curtain so that it may dry and not get moldy.

• No parties

• No pets

• No smoking
