Venus is one of the rooms of a fantastic 4 room apartment located in the northern part of Wasa-staden in Stockholm, near Jarlaplan, Odengatan and KTH. It's in a shared living apartment of 130 sqm and you live there with other people - professional serious people.
The apartment is wonderful and large in a classic Jugend style .
Metro and buses stop just outside the house. You are located 10 mins from T-centralen on the metro and 5 mins from Odenplan by Bus.
The room has a 140x200cm bed, a desk with a nice window in front, a bookshelf and a closet. There is big bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer. There is also a small WC for busy mornings .
The kitchen - about 15 sqm - is shared and fully furnished with utensils, micro wave, gas stove and oven, coffee cooker and a water boiler, fridge and freezer.
All facilities are included, such as heat, wi-fi, electricity, water, bedlinen and towels.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
• This is a room in shared living apartment, which means you would have to share all the common areas of the apartment, except your private room, with other house mates.
• It's important that you don't make noise after 22.00 and don't organize parties in the apartment. However, you can bring an occasional friend or boy/girlfriend to visit for a weekend, for longer stays, contact us and we'll approve the visit within reasonable limits.
