Villa Patiharn is located just off Soi Khaotalo and Khaonoi, in a place very popular with expats who live in the Pattaya region, due to its close proximity to Sukhumvit Road (3km) and even closer to lots of international restaurants and bars. 6.5km from the nearest beach in Pattaya, this villa is located in a private position, perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.

The villa is set over two levels, and when first entering the grounds, you will find a covered downstairs lounge and terrace that doubles as a games area with a pool table, BBQ unit, table tennis table and a dart board all within close proximity to the private swimming pool. The villa comes equipped with 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a lounge, dining area, western style kitchen and sleeps 14 people in the standards rates, although another 7 people can be accommodated for extra prices (see below).

There is a main lounge area on the upper floor, next to the kitchen and dining area, and another lounge downstairs that has its own bar in close proximity to the pool table. Sleeping Options This villa is unique in so many ways when it comes to the amount of people it can accommodate. The standard for the villa is sleeping 14 people across the 7 bedrooms that are all included in the main rates.

However, there is a further option to add three extra single beds, and there are also two sets of bunk beds, so altogether these can sleep an extra 7 people that will be charged at 500 THB per bed per night. Location: The location of this villa is private and peaceful, situated near to Soi Khaonoi and Soi Khaotalo, which is a very popular residential area with expats living in Pattaya due to it being just 3km from Sukhumvit Road and just 1km to a great choice of bars and international residents.

Being located on the eastside of Pattaya is perfect for those who want to visit the major attractions such as Million Year Stone Park, because East Pattaya is where you will find the most family attractions. Siam Country Club Golf Course and Lake Mabprachan are also just a 10-minute drive from the villa. Downtown Pattaya and the nearest beach are 6km away, although the owner is able to organize you transport, so the location will not be a problem.
