Rental Details

This apartment is approximately 1100 sf, first floor, 1/2 block from the bus that takes you downtown. You will be staying in the largest room in the house(over 300sf). There is a deck and basketball court outside. There is one coventional bed and one sofa bed; both sleep two.   There is a small frig for your convenience. 

We have one dog, Coco, who is very gentle. My roommate and I are pretty quiet, but you may hear me practicing songs on my acoustic guitar some nights.
