The room is located on the first floor of a family home. It has an adjacent bathroom and you can use it with privacy and independence.
And it ispossible to add another single bed, also adjacent to the first.

Strategic location, 200 m from the Walls/historical center, close to station (around 5 minutes walk, 1 minute by car), to Napoleon Square / Piazza Grande (10-15 minutes walk).
Included parking and free use of bicycles to explore the city and its surroundings.

The neighborhood is good because very close to the station, Piazza Grande and the city walls/historical center, but anyway you can get here wiht the car.
There is a lot of green in this area and the area is very quiet; you can easily explore the center and the surroundings on foot or by bicycle; if you like we can offer you free use of a bicycle. you can also reach the building by car, taxi and bus.

Guests will have access to entire first floor, consisting of: access stairs, hallway, Single room subject of' ad (which of course will have access and use), living room with kitchenette.

The interaction with the guests will be friendly and respectful. In addition to being introduced to the house and to the operation of its facilities, occasionally you can share the common areas of the first floor (living room and kitchenette)

Guests can use in independence and esclusitivy the single room; will share the living room and the kitchen (if we were our own, rare, presence). You can use the space as you like as long as the normal rules of common sense.
