Unique summer paradise at Gällnö, Stockholm’s arcipelago.
Charming seaside hideaway at Gällnö (Värmdö), one of the most beautiful places in Stockholm’s archipelago. Exclusive permanent standard and only 30 minutes by car and 10 minutes by boat from Stockholm city centre (transfer with boat is no problem, you can go by boat with Waxholmsbolaget, a taxi boat or we arange pickup for you.
The houses is situated on a ground plot of 250,000 m2 in a southern-facing position and with a private child friendly sandy beach together with cliffs, all very privately situated. On the grounds there are three houses with the same owner. The houses has a very high standard and are almost identical.
The houses was totally renovated in 2004, with all comforts and has an open planning. Three bedrooms, one double bed, two bunk beds. With a direct connection there is a smaller cottage with 2-4 beths. In the dining and living room area there is an open fireplace and a plasma TV with a X-box for cozy evenings.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. All the usual appliances are available. There is also an Espresso machine.
The bathroom is all tiled. WC. Laundry area with a washing machine and a tumble drier.
The all new veranda with parasol, garden furniture, heater and barbeque is perfect for late dinners.
The morning sun right on the breakfast veranda.
One can also relax in the new sauna facility down at the beach, with large panoramic windows and the view towards the water.
