This new résidence takes the form of a large communal chalet that has been designed with great care for its surroundings. The apartment (about 40 m2) is equipped with all the modern amenities and is tastefully decorated. The chalet is located at the foot of a chair lift, 60 metres from the Tracouet cable car in the direction of Mont-Fort (a starting point for unforgettable hikes) and 200 metres from Nendaz itself.

The Nendaz ski centre is located at an elevation of 1350 metres. Nendaz's rich diversity is largely due to the fifteen villages and hamlets that together make up a varied and vibrant ski station. This is a fabulous region. The panorama from the top of Mont Fort is magnificent (for non-skiers as well). The view of the Roseblanche, which rises to a height of 3336 metres, is unparalleled. There are all sorts of activities and events, such as mountain biking on marked trails (Tour du Mont Fort) and hiking (Les Bisses: maintained trails, very popular routes that are not too steep).

In winter you can try your hand at the ski area, with more than 410 kilometres of ski runs and three snow parks. The ski centre has been awarded the "Familles Bienvenues" (Families Welcome) certification and offers kids clubs for children aged 18 months and up.
