The apartment is located in the Avenida Rodrigues de Freitas, a beautiful and large avenue full of trees and architecture of the eighteenth century, such as the Fine Arts Faculty and the Municipal Library of Porto. In the centre of Porto, near all the most well-know places and monuments to visit in the city, this apartment, for instance, is 5 min walking from Coliseu do Porto, 7 min from São Bento historical train station, 10 min to Clérigos Tower, 7 min from Campanhã train station, 15 min to Ribeira (close to the river), and 2 min from bus and subway.

- KITCHEN: new and fully equipped with all necessary amenities and appliances you expected to find, such as boiler, ceramic hob, oven, microwaves, refrigerator with freezer, and toaster. In addition, some welcome snacks, drinks, and fruit are available for you;

- BATHROOMS: modern and clean bathrooms (one of them with shower) equipped with fresh towels, mirror, and hairdryer;

- LIVING ROOM: a comfortable space where you can rest or enjoy some entertainment. This room is furnished and equipped with a dinner table, couches, computer, TV, DVD player and movies, and 24h free Internet Wi-Fi access;

- TERRACE: a big terrace endowed with table and chairs for enjoying your breakfast, lunch or just a drink;
