Welcome to Beasley Beaver's River House! 

Aside from being a Riverfront home (Sandy River), this property is in the middle of all mountain activities and golfing!

Located in a mountain and forest environment, our house offers a secluded and private setting! You are steps away from a fun Recreation area that offers a large swimming Pool, a Basketball Court and a Tennis Court by the river!

Large multi-level deck with a lovely patio set and Adirondack chairs! A propane and/or charcoal barbeque grill is ready for you, too! The Hot Tub is in the lower deck. Enjoy and relax while listening to the sound of the Sandy River!

A beautiful living room and kitchen with Knotty Pine walls! Warm and so inviting!

Enjoy the stone fireplace with your loved ones!

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove to prepare and cook your meals. Lovely set of plates, silverware, mugs, bowls, cups and even wine glasses!

Just bring your own food and drink and you're all set!

There are three levels to this home.

Living room, dining room and the kitchen is on the first level of the house.

The 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. There is one common bathroom and a bathroom in the masters bedroom. The master's bedroom has a sliding door that leads to a deck with the fantastic view of the Sandy River!

The master's bedroom has a queen bed, the guest room has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed.

Go downstairs, and we have the third level. It has the Family room with a large sectional sofa, a Bistro set and the 42' TV!
Then there is a separate room used as the utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and half bath.

All linens, bedding and towels are provided!
