Quiet, green-abundant fruit trees (use no harsh chemical shampoos, conditioners, etc. please) and surprise harvests or special treats, low price. Wood deck to the south offers cool breezes and is perfect for lounging. Tiled north balcony has hammock, glider, rocker and chairs; cool breezes and sunset glimpses from the large open courtyard area. Mature Manila coconut tree is harvested 4-6 times a year for sweet water and soft meat. Large canario flowers adorn the concrete wall. Carport entrance leads to the main entrance where outdoor shower with tepid water is located. The main living area has comfortable couches, a LCD TV -cable during season Nov 1-May 1; shared bathroom, dining area. Raw foods can be prepared, e.g. salads, sandwiches, pre-cooked foods and leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator.
