The Space

This spacious 2 bedroom apartment is situated on a high floor right in the heart of the Marina.
You will be hosted in a very charming apartment with modern interiors offering all the comforts and amenities required to make our apartment your home away from home.
The apartment has two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, a fully furnished kitchen, a fantastic dining hall with two double sofa beds and a private balcony. The classy interiors are designed to offer you comfort and functionality, and include a wide range of amenities. Free Wi-Fi, sat/cable tv, air conditioner and hairdryer are provided as well as many other services (please look “amenities" for the full list). The building features a large outdoor swimming pool, 24h gym and concierge services as well as a free allocated underground parking.

Dubai Marina is a truly great place to stay in Dubai as is become the number one neighbourhood in town.
The apartment is situated just few minutes walking to “Marina Walk" where you'll be able to choose between an endless number of leisure attractions, restaurants, coffee shops, and great night life for families and much more.
Many other attractions are walking distance from our flat: the Dubai Marina Shopping Centre, the JBR beach (the most popular beach in Dubai), the Dubai Marina Yacht Club, many upscale bars and hotels.

Getting Around

Short walk to Dubai Metro or Tram Station, and Ferry boat station.
Taxis are also available and very affordable in Dubai.
