Holiday Specials-Nov 30-Dec 8, 11-20, 25-26, 29-Jan 1 (End dates=check out next morning). No fee for >2 guests- $75 total. Privacy, Security, Comfort. Perfect For couples and groups of four or less; Only room on 2nd level, Private bathroom, hot shower, separate entrance; queen bed and full size futon, AC, ceiling fan, Internet, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, cooler, outdoor 4 burner gas stovetop,  large deck to lounge & smoke 'cigarettes', watch sunrise/sunset; close to the Malecon, its bars, restaurants and beach.  

Quiet, green-abundant fruit trees (please no harsh chemical shampoos, conditioners, etc.) and surprise harvest or special treats, low price. Large open area with table and chairs.

Hands on/ hands off, it's up to you. I want to know when to expect you, give you an orientation to the island and my home, know how to reach you in transit and on island (in case something comes up, i.e. if you miss the ferry or home projects affect power, etc. and when you are planning to leave for key drop off

I love that its people quiet in the daytime and at night, there are several small store in walking distance, its close to the beach and sunrises.

Publicos are easy enough to get, several drivers live on my street. You can get an impromptu ride on the Malecon by waving to the driver to stop and they will tell you how much it cost. Practice short phrases, out of courtesy & expediancy like 'cuanto cuesta?; va a el pueblo o playa (ñame), lancha (Ferry Dock)?'

Vieques has beautiful beaches and has been ranked in several travel magazines-come For more than The Biobay experience. Patronales in July, Three Kings day parade and 'The Race For The cure' are good local Events to attend.
