This is an one bedroom apartment located in the heart of downtown Shanghai, My Apartment is conviniently located, close to Metro No.7 Changshou Rd station

1 We have to explain here serviced apartment is little different from hotel about the utilities fees. Since serviced apartment have kitchen and washing machine so you can cook or do something else here. Short-term accommodation(less than 30nights), price is include all the fees, but monthly price not include water and electricity fees(we will read meters of water and electricity when you check in and check out and calculate how much you used. Normally for one month stay, totally cost is 400RMB. Anyway the cost is different depending on each person consumption.)

You can decide to stay or cancel the booking when you visit us without any lose(if you cancel the booking, we promise give your money back(not include commission charged by website), but you should let us know you just book for visiting first and we will not keep apartment for you in that date.
