Chimney Rock Retreat

This is also a great location for hunters, fisherman, etc. or if you wish to ski both Wolf Creek and Durango Mountain Resort during your stay.The main floor of the home has a huge gourmet kitchen, large dining room table that seats 10, beautiful open living room with floor to ceiling windows, a large master bedroom and additional guest bedroom. Besides the beautiful master bath off the master bedroom, there is also a another bath off the living room. The master has a king bed and the guest bedroom on the main level has a queen bed.

There is a loft area that has two bedrooms, each with queen beds and another full bath. There is also a large family room in the basement with another bath, and two additional twin beds and a double. There is a big screen TV in the living room, a big screen/projection TV downstairs with a DVD player, and another TV in the master bedroom.There is satellite TV in the living room with a DVD player. In-floor heat throughout makes for a very comfortable stay. In the summer, enjoy a beautiful full-length deck on the back of the house with remote awning and gas barbeque looking over the river, pond, valley and mountains.If you are looking for a true mountain retreat, this is the property. Only 20 minutes from Pagosa, and 35 minutes to Durango or Navajo Lake.
