As you leave the house you are in a true living museum. In the house there is a deep silence and a lot of privacy, but after 2 minutes walk you will be in the historic center, surrounded by nice bars and clubs like Bar Morlacchi, the Chocolate shop in Piazza IV Novembreand the Pasticceria Sandri in Corso Vannucci. You will see the comings and goings of hundreds tourists, plenty of characteristic shops in Corso Vannucci and in Via Priori, many live music venues, pizzerie, pubs, scenic places such as Piazza Italia and the Pincetto, the Rocca Paolina through timely exhibitions and much more.

Many churches and museums are within 1 or 2 minutes from home (Palazzo Gallenga, Palazzo Manzoni, Chiesa di San Francesco, Museo dell'Accademia di Belle Arti, Chiesa di San Bernardino, Chiesa di Santo Stefano, Chiesa di San Filippo, Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, Cappella di San Severo, Pozzo Etrusco, Museo del Capitolo, Palazzo dei Priori, Sala dei Notari, Galleria Nazionale, Museo di Palazzo Penna, etc. ..)
