Rental Details

The casita can accommodate two adult guests and two children under 18. Two adult in the bedroom in a queen size bed and two children in the living room in a sofa that opens to a full size bed. Quaint and quiet living! Clean, cozy, bright, private, and cute. One bedroom, 625 sq ft casita, Santa Fe style with Saltillo tiles, (the fireplace is out of order and not operable) and skylights. Private yard. Bedroom has double closet space. Baseboard heating, includes all appliances, washer/drier and fully equipped kitchen. Public pool, tennis, basketball, city park and walk along the river down the block. One off street parking for a medium size car. No pets.

Twenty to thirty minute (1.1 mile) pleasant walk to historic Plaza, galleries, museums, restaurants and shopping. Eight minute walk to a shopping center where you can find a local coop natural grocery store, coffee shop, gym, massage place, Thai restaurant, Sushi place and social dance school. Also, the Farmers Market is 15 minute walk from the house.
