The apartment Nini is a lovely rustic apartment located in a renovated Istrian stone house in the village Dracevac, 9 km form Porec and it’s beaches. The house has been built in the year 1961 and the apartment has been completely renovated and furnished in the year 2013 godine. In the external part the apartment offers a private parking place for one car and a balcony with table and chairs. Apartment for 4-5 pesons with total living area of 70 m2 on two floors. At the first floor there's a living area with kitchen, dining table, one one-person's sleeping couch and a separate toilet. At the second floor (top floor) there are two double bedrooms with double bed each, shower/toilet. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with panoramic view on the fields.
