Rental Details
Boasting tasteful, modern decor, this apartment contains a hallway, kitchen, dining area, sitting area and a comfortable double bed. A bathroom with sink, toilet and shower completes the apartment.
The kitchen, with many cupboards, is well equipped and includes a fridge, microwave, cooker, water cooker, coffeemaker and much more, which makes it suitable for eating in.
Enjoy your breakfast or dinner with a glass of wine at the glass table with chairs in the dining area, cuddle up in the loveseat and watch a film on TV in the sitting area. Snuggle up in the double bed when it is time to sleep.
Sleep quietly with open (or tilt) windows, knowing that they have (mosquito-) protecting screens on the outside.
The whole building is secured while there is even an extra door in the hallway, only to be used by our neighbor’s - and our apartment. Also a little balcony is only to be used by these two apartments.
Behind the apartment building is a nice park with lake where you can go for a walk or for running. There is no traffic in the park and many evenings the locals go for a stroll or they visit a nice restaurant with good food for little prices.

The apartment is 3 km. from the airport and the center is easily accessed by Public Transport. The bus-/tram and metro stop are within a minute walk and gets you to the very center in less than 20 minutes. Mind that the metro (to the airport) will first be ready by the end of 2014.
A ticket cost only € 0,45 or even less when you buy a “booklet.
Transport from – and to the airport and/or the bus-/railway station can be arranged for. Mind that there is a little fee, but still cheaper than taking a cab. When you decide to get there on your own we’ll contact you how to get to the apartment.
