It boasts exceptional ski access to Snow Park Lodge, Deer Valley via a groomed ski access trail that runs directly beside the development. This trail joins onto Last Chance (green) and Silver Dollar (blue). Take a very close look at the location map and you will notice a faint gray line that denotes the trail.

At the end of the day, skiers can ski down to Royal Street and walk 3 minutes downhill to the house.

The house itself is approximately 5,000 sq feet and laid out over 4 floors.
- The master bedroom and its large en-suite occupies the top floor. Large master bathroom. TV, DVD, Apple TV and Sonos music system.
- The kitchen, dining, main living area and wet bar are beneath and with 2 wood burning fireplaces offers a spacious yet intimate living area. Cook to your heart's content in the kitchen with a 5' Wolf range at your disposal or relax in front of either of the 2 wood burning fireplaces at either end of the living room.
- The second floor had 3 bedrooms with en-suites, all of which open onto a second family room with 52' TV, cable, DVD and Apple TV.
- The lowest level is occupied by a large master guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Relax in its spa like proportions after a hard day's skiing. TV with DVD player.
