The Space

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE...
We lease our private en-suite for $69.00 that accommodates a solo traveler OR 2 people. However, if you travel with kids or friend, we will charge $15 / person for extra bed
(Max accommodation total of 4 people in the en-suite)
The en-suite comes with a luxury Dunlopillo queen size bed mattress (with the cotton bed sheet and donna), built-in wardrobe bed table and reading lamps, chair, desk, FREE Wi-Fi access, Air conditioner /heater, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee/tea, drinking utensils, and an en-suite bathroom along with towels (soaps/shampoo is not provided)
Our property is SMOKE FREE ZONE. However, if would like to smoke you can do it outside the property.

Guest Access

We have a private en-suite to lease which is close to CBD and Fremantle (tourist attractions). It is located in our backyard garden separate from the main house and has its own entrance. You will have your PRIVACY and SERENITY surrounded with the beautiful garden.

Interaction with Guests

We also keen to show you around our lovely neighbor hood. Furthermore, we also provide private tour service ( please email us for more detail of the cost and destination)

The Neighbourhood

OUR SURROUNDINGS...
Our property is located in the safe and quite surrounding suburb called Willetton, it is close to CBD and Fremantle (can be reached within 30 mins by public transportation) Furthermore our location is nearby Curtin University, plenty of gorgeous of local parks (please see the proximity on the map). The Swan Valley wine region is also not far away (you can reach within 20-30 minutes by car). For other sports, a Golf Course, a Swimming Pool, is just one step away. Two major suburb shopping centres, Riverton forum and Southland are also near by, a supermarket, a bakery, a newsagency/post office, a salon etc is only 5 mins walk.

Getting around

HOW TO GET HERE...
The easiest way to get to Willetton from the Airport is by a rental car (there is a FREE parking space on the premises) or taxi. It takes 15-20 mins (intl +/-$55/domestic +/-$45). However, we also provide airport pick-up / drop-off service start from $15 / person for normal hours (8 am to 6pm) and for after hours will be charged at $30 /person. Public transport is more than possible. Take a 'Connect' shuttle bus from the airport (intl $18/domestic $15) and get off on Perth Underground train Station. From there you catch a train to Bull creek train station, and then you need to take connection bus number 508 or 509 to Willetton ($4). The nearest bus stop is only 3-5 mins walk to our place. Other Things to Note

Within the monthly promotion from 7 May to 7 June 2014, we will provide the full gourmet AUSSIE style breakfast for free. However, after the promotion breakfast will be charged at $15 / person.
