This Romantic one-bedroom apartment is located on the lakeside in Bellagio conveniently opposite the ferry terminal, which means you have no need for a car if that is your preference. There are several restaurants and cafes virtually on your doorstep as well as a lovely wine bar so there is no need to venture very far at all in order to find entertainment and good food. Alternatively there are several options close by for parking if you do bring a car, on a first come, first served basis.
La Favola (meaning fable) is located on the first floor of an historic building, which famously used to house the casino, up 2 flights of stairs and off the landing, which is shared with 2 other apartments both owned by Il Sogno Bellagio (La Meraviglia and Il Sogno).
The first door on the right from the hallway brings you to the large, romantic bedroom with its antique-style oversized bed, parquet flooring and large window overlooking the garden and park at the rear of the property. There is a flat screen TV/DVD and a mix of contemporary and antique furniture giving it that romantic feel.
Next to the bedroom is the lounge/diner, which has comfortable armchairs and a dining table. There is plenty of natural light coming in through the large window in this room as well as through the window from the attached kitchenette. This compact kitchen has a microwave, fridge and 2-ring hob – just enough for cooking the odd light meal in.
At the end of the hall and next to the kitchen is the spacious modern bathroom with walk-in shower and Italian tiles. The window overlooks the garden at the rear of the property.
This apartment is a great choice for a holiday close to the centre of Bellagio where many restaurants, bars and shopping can be found in abundance and although it does not have a lake view the lake and amenities are right on the doorstep.
