3 Storey Colonial Home Modern Master - Minutes to Downtown

The Space

Large 3 storey colonial home on rolling hills with gentle mountain views off the veranda. This home is recently restored with cherry hardwood floors and a simple, modern design. Beautiful decks and patios give plenty of space to relax or grill outside.

Tunnel Road hosts shopping and restaurants, as well as leading you right into downtown (only 6.5 miles!). We're just two miles off of Tunnel Road. If you'd like to visit West Asheville or the River Arts District its all a short drive, we're convenient to I-240, I-40, and all of Asheville.

You are just a few short minutes to Filo, a local coffee shop featuring excellent coffee and baked goods. East Village Grille is one of our favorite places to eat in town. (it's right next door to Filo) We are foodies so we will have plenty of great places to recommend. It's very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. You could easily ride your bicycle and get on the parkway to enjoy a beautiful bike ride and/or hike from one of the nearby trails.

Guest Access

Shared modern living room with LCD TV, play station, fireplace and more. Yoga room (bring your mat!), dining room, patio, decks, outdoor areas, tea and coffee, high speed internet, and all you can watch Netflix.

Interaction with Guests

My goal is to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I will be available to give as much or as little conversation, advice, directions, and information as you need.

The Neighborhood

Quiet, safe, convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping, about a mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway! You could safely and easily ride your bike to the Parkway entrance from our home. Please drive slowly through our quiet, dead end neighborhood.

Getting around

You could easily ride your bicycle from the house to the buss stop that is only 1.9 miles away. If you are arriving and don't have a car we will gladly pick you up at the nearest buss stop.
