Casa Espana is located in front of the Ibiza castle, (near the port), this makes the apartment very airy and fresh even in the hottest days.
It is within walking distance to the Marina of Ibiza and a little further away from the center, where are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, etc… Also the ferry to Formentera is no more than 5 minute walk away.
The house is 250 sq m large and it has been totally refurbished, in winter 2015, following the best details and design (IBM deco/design). It features a modern and minimalist style, with marble floors and three marble bathrooms (with shower and design “la roca”), a spacious and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, alarm system, elevator (in the building) and all kind of comforts. Security Deposit
A “damage” refundable deposit of € 500 has to be paid upon arrival. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure less any charges in case of accidental damages to the property.
