Studio One is a two bedroom home located on the Hill, Lombok’s most prestigious development, overlooking Senggigi. Created from a rustic teak Javanese joglo, Studio One is originally from a village near Prambanan Temple in Yogyakarta. It was lovingly restored in Lombok by the owners, Mark and Sopan, and is now a guest-housewithin their one-hectare, landscaped family compound. Tax and service charge. In accordance with government policy, all rates are subject to a 15% surcharge. This includes: a. 10% tax b. 5% service charge; which is distributed to local staff c. Tipping is not required but will always be appreciated 2. Rates include: a. Welcome drink b. Full breakfast; including fresh fruit or juice, fresh coffee or tea, fresh bread, eggs etc. c. Full butler and maid service d. Flat screen TV / satellite TV service (incl international channels) e. Music system & DVD player available f.
