The kitchen has a New 3 plate glass hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. The kitchen is also equipped with a kettle, toaster, and cafetière.

Parking
Free parking in Nice can be difficult to find. There is a pay as you go underground car park at the Place du Palais, the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari. Neighbourhood
Set in the heart of the picturesque Old Town, Rue de la Préfecture is the central hub of the old town and from here the famous Cours Saleya marketplace, promenade and beach are only 2 minutes walk away. Around the corner the breathtaking Place de Palais is a wonderful square with an ornate fountain set outside the halls of justice surrounded by fantastic Niçoise restaurants and a weekly market selling books and art.
