City center and beach

The apartment is located on the street Adelaida Muro, almost right next to the Domus Museum and one street back from the beach (it’s approximately 50 meters from the beach). And it’s just a few minutes from the city center. There is a supermarket within a 3-minute walk from the apartment, and in the same complex there is a municipal market that has stalls with fruit, vegetables, meat, and fresh fish – shops of every type. Right above the market is the neighborhood’s primary bus stop, with buses that go to all parts of the city. A taxi rank is across the street from the bus stop. But truly, I don’t think you’ll need to use public transport much, if at all. The old city and the city center are both just a few minutes by foot. Also, just a few meters from the apartment there is a park for children. About the apartment: It’s on the first floor, and there is an elevator (in this building, the first floor is essentially the second, because there’s a level called the “entreplanta” in between the ground floor and the first floor).

The apartment has three bedrooms (two of the bedrooms have double beds, and the third has a twin with a trundle bed underneath); a living room; kitchen; two full bathrooms; and a small laundry room. The two rooms with double beds and the living room are along the exterior of the building. The orange bedroom (with the twin bed) has a large window that opens into the laundry room, in order to have natural light (the laundry room has a window of the same size, so that light flows through the laundry room and into the orange bedroom). As for bed sizes, the two double beds are 1.35m and the twin and trundle bed are 90cm. Additionally, there is a rollaway bed that’s 80cm and the possibility to have 2 cribs (a normal one and a travel crib). The rollaway bed and the crib will fit perfectly – one in each of the bedrooms with double beds. The apartment has wifi, a flat-screen TV with USB , a dvd player, and dvix. The kitchen is completely equipped: it has a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic induction stovetop, pyrolytic oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, juicer, etc. There is a combination washer/dryer in the laundry room. In the bathroom, there’s a hairdryer, curler, and hair straighteners. You are welcome to use the dish towels, bath towels and bed linens in the apartment. If you come with infants, there will be a highchair and baby bathtub available.
