At the heart of the house sits a completely restored former wine press, and its unbeatable location puts it close to the most beautiful beaches of Southern Italy – explore the wonderful coast of Salento and be a hop and skip from delectable cuisine, exciting activities and beautiful monuments! The house is both air-conditioned and centrally heated, in addition to having a beautiful indoor fireplace. A washing machine and dryer are provided for your convenience, and the modern kitchen boasts everything from coffee machine to an oven, with eight seats at the dining table - perfect for family meals (a barbeque is also available outside). Two of the spacious bedrooms hold a double bed, and the third two singles; the sofa also converts into an additional double if needed. Two full shared bathrooms mean plenty of space for everyone, one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower; and there is an additional WC as well. Beautiful stonework frames the archways separating the rooms of this house, and you will love relaxing indoors, unwinding in front of the cable TV or fireplace. You can also take your evening de-stressing session to the enclosed, furnished courtyard, perfect for balmy nights near the Mediterranean coast. End cleaning, linen and towels are included in the rental fee. Free, private parking is available. Smoking is allowed, but outside only, and pets are welcome.
