This house is located in one of the nicest area of Miami, next to Bal Harbour on a guarded private island. This location has it all, plenty of restaurants, grocery shopping beach, fitness center, tennis, golf boating and more. This comfortable waterfront home of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with a pool will accommodate up to 10 people. It offers the opportunity to take advantage of the swimming pool, sunbathing, and fishing from the boat dock.

The floor plan of this house is open and spacious. The living area is full of light and offer wonderful views of the pool, the garden and the canal. The living room is furnished with sofas and a plasma TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs. Three of the rooms are equipped with queen size beds and two of the rooms with 2 twin beds in each.

We are the largest vacation rental agency in Miami, so this is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is managed professionally. Our extensive property management team will assist you in case of needs.
Daily housekeeping is not provided but can be arranged for an additional fee. Washer and dryer are available on the premises.
