The Mantell Tower is an historic Art Deco building that features a superb pool and gym. There is a DECOBIKE station just minutes from this residence. DECOBIKE replaces the need for cars and taxis for short, local trips. It’s here to save you time and money in a fun and healthy way.

This apartment has 250 square feet of living space and will sleep two people comfortably. This unit is equipped with a queen-size bed, nightstand, and a flat screen TV. It is being rented with everything you will need during your staying.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The kitchenette is fully equipped.

Local phone calls are free. Wifi available for $ 15 a day, fee will be waived if guests fill up a survey. Cleaning can be arranged for a small fee.
