Discover the villa

The domain is situated in the Atlantic rain forest of Bahia. It is stretched out over 20 000 m². Only the beautiful dunes of Mangue Seco separate the domain of the ocean. This dream place is reachable in 2 hours driving from the airport Salvador da Bahia. Arrive here without stress with our own airport transport!

This villa has a surface of 505 m², is suitable for 8 guests, equipped with airco and free Wi-Fi. You may use 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including a separate studio with its own small kitchen. There is also a fully equipped open kitchen, a living space with sitting area (with a flat-screen tv and video) and a separate toilet. Each bathroom is spacious, has a shower, toilet, washbasin and warm water. Also enjoy the outside shower!

Follow the sun at the large terrace around the whole villa: there is a sitting area in the north, east, west and south! The terrace is sunny and covered as well. Relax at the luxurious, infinity edge swimming pool. Laze out in the hammocks and use the barbecue and minibar. Live like the local people on the rhythm of the “axé”, the local version of the samba.

To make this whole picture complete: We have a caretaker and housekeeper. There is also Els, your contact person on the spot. She speaks English, Portuguese, Dutch, and a little bit French. Let her arrange all your wishes upon payment: excursions, massages, cooking, cleaning, doing the dishes and the laundry, ironing, arranging airport transport, hiring a car, babysitter,… .

Discover Bahia

Bahia is situated in the Northeast of Brazil and has a beautiful, green culture. Admire the colourful birds and playful monkeys and taste all kinds of fruit. Whales and dolphins pass by in the ocean and giant sea turtles go ashore to lay eggs. The weather in Bahia is always great: summer or winter, it is always 25-30°C warm. In May, June and July you may expect a refreshing rain squall.

The village where the villa is situated is Cachoeira de Itanhi. Go to the Rio Real waterfall of 80 meter wide! You can also visit the local market, make an adventurous trip by buggy, motor-boat, canoe or on horseback. Also surfing is possible, or visit the well-known nature reserve for sea turtles at Praia do Forte!

Costa Azul beach is 24 km away. The white beaches with nice bars belong to one of the most popular beaches of Brazil, and you must have seen the high, white dunes! This is the extraordinary landscape of Mangue Seco. The view is breathtaking, the dunes are pure and have an unknown, natural beauty. You may only explore these dunes by buggy and with a guide. From the villa you can reach this place by boat. A must for every tourist!
