This is a lovely room - actually the cosiest room in the house as it has very few external walls. My house dates from 1875 and is in  a conservation area.It is quiet with a garden and only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town.Theres a very large well equipped 24m2 kitchen and a garden for sitting in during the fine weather.Theres parking in the drive and one minutes walk from the house
