6 Bedroom House in Hoan Kiem with Aircon, Balcony, and Breakfast-provided

I think you will enjoy staying in my home with its uniquely Vietnamese neighbourhood right in the heart of Hanoi city. My house is in a quiet street in the Hoan Kiem district but when you step out of the front door you can immediately experience the local food, the local people and the Vietnamese way of life.

The house has 3 levels with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on each floor as well as a laundry and roof top terrace area. The kitchen and living area occupy the ground floor. With its beautiful wooden staircase, spacious and airy bedrooms with balcony as well as a well equipped kitchen you can make yourself feel at home during your stay.

Breakfast is included in the price. Lunch and dinner available on request.

Guests have access to the kitchen and laundry facilities in the house. The Kitchen, laundry and lounge areas are shared. Wi-fi, cable tv, towels and bedding are provided. Price includes electricity, wi-fi, cable tv and cleaning.

My Australian associate and I live in the house and we both enjoy meeting with guests and showing them around the neighbourhood and giving helpful hints on what to see and do in Hanoi. It's great to meet people and share their stories of travel and life.

There are lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and shops in the neighbourhood. It's only a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and many other attractions.

Getting around
Taxis are cheap so getting around is easy. Many things are within walking distance.

I can arrange an airport pickup on your arrival and a transfer to airport when you leave. If you need help with your Vietnam visa I can assist.

Other Things to Note
I also have a travel office so can book tours to places such as Halong Bay, Sapa or anywhere else you may like to visit during your stay. I can also arrange bus, train or flight tickets for you if you are intending to travel to other parts of Vietnam.
