Built on the edge of a promontory overlooking Varadero Bay, the villa owes its name to the famous bird of the Filipino mythology, who is said to have brokered a deal between the Sea and the Mountain, whereby they would cooperate to form what is today the Philippines Archipelago.
Like the Sarimanok who held in peace the mountain and the sea, our villa offers its tenants a chance to enjoy a unique combination of proximity to the ocean and to the adjacent hilly lands.
Inspired by the concept of a patio separating two living units, the structures at Sarimanok are meant to be casual and practical yet comfortable. Bordering a cozy garden, both the swimming pool and the Bahay Kubo connect well with the rest of the housing facilities.
The villa also has a caretaker who can help you cook, shop etc. Meals served at Sarimanok are often a feast of seafood delights which blend well with the exceptional marine views and surroundings of the site.
