The view from both bedrooms is towards Liulin Mountain while the living room faces the backyard. The apartment is very quiet and spacious and it is comfortable for both work and relaxation. It is fully equipped for a convenient short or long term stay. Within 100 meters of the building there are dry cleaners, fruit and vegetable store, beauty salon, bookstore, grocery store, coffee shop and a bakery.

Specifics of the neighbourhood:

“Manastriski Livadi” is one of the few preferred neighborhoods in Sofia. It is located on the southwest edge and inside the perimeter of Sofia city, not too far from the base of Vitosha Mountain. It is a newly developed neighborhood with newer buildings and young people.

Its location is at convenient distance from the Sofia Downtown (approximately 15 minutes by taxi or car) and it is next to two of the fastest highways in Sofia – Bulgaria Boulevard and Sofia Perimeter Road. The Sofia Perimeter Road is very useful for transportation between some of Sofia’s neighborhoods, including Lozenetz, Studentski Grad (College City neighborhood), Mladost, Living Complex “Monastery”, Simeonovo and Dragalevtzi without going through Sofia’s Downtown traffic.

The neighborhood has boutique and grocery stores, medical clinic, few of the largest fitness clubs, 3 renovated schools, 3 child daycare centers, multiple business centers and many nice restaurants, Bulgaria Mall and the Museum of National History are also within the neighborhood’s limits. The cable car for the ski tracks on Vitosha Mountain is also in close vicinity to Manastirski Livadi.
