The house is a undoubted the ideal destination for a holiday where the sun, the sea, good food, friendly people and the unfogettable sunsets over the salts mashes of the Stagnone natural reserve welcome you every evening.
The house spread over 2 floors. there is a large open space living room and kitchen all furnished and equipped, a bathroom, a pantry and a closet. On the first floor reached by an open staircase is the sleeping area with two big double bedrooms, one with the balcony overlooking the island of Favignana and a large bathroom.
Outside on the rear of the house a confortable veranda with barbecue to share an amazing dinner with friends. The house is also equipped with air conditioned (hot or cold air) plus an indipendent heating with radiators distributed in all the rooms.
Bed linen and towels are provided and parking car on the front of the house.
The house is situated in C/da Birgi Vecchi, one of the typical small districts that characterize the suttonding of Marsala. The house is also very close (2 km) from the International airport of Birgi and an hour by car from Palermo airport.
From the balcony you can admire the sunsets of the Stagnone Natural reserve situated at 200 mt from the house. The Stagnone lagoon is one of the world paradises of kite surf and the sea landscape is perfect: shallow water, strong wind, and amazing sceneries. In 5 minutes you can reach one of the docks overlooking the wonderful laguna of the island of Mozia.
However it is advisable to rent a car to travel around and visit places like Erice travelling to history, nature and flavours. The house is an ideal starting point for a day trip to other destinations in Western Sicily like Egadi islands, Trapani, Segesta, San Vito lo Capo.
