South Lake Tahoe Ski Chalet

Sunny, very clean and newly re-decorated with a rustic chic feel. Come home to your very own ski chalet that invites your guests to relax by the fire after a fun day of skiing/sledding, watch TV, play board games (provided by us!) and prepare a big meal in the completely stocked kitchen. You are going to be hungry after a big day on the mountain! We even have great big cups for your favorite hot cocoa or hot toddy to warm everyone up.

On our main floor is a fully supplied open kitchen/dining room with fire place, cozy living room, and bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. There is a queen sized sofa bed in living room.

The second floor has two bedrooms - one with two twin beds, the other with two full beds, with a full bath in between the two.

There are also 2 small folding sleeper chairs (in closet upstairs) that can fit children or tweens.

Beautifully redone home, new, plush, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen will add to your winter and ski vacations.

Yes. There are over-stuffed chairs and couches to curl up in and read by a cozy fireplace.

It's a 10 minute drive to Heavenly. Secluded enough from the busy street, but close enough to reach everything with a short drive.

Guest Access

The entire home and property is for your group's private use. Ample privacy from neighbors, home good sized backyard.

Interaction with Guests

Only as much as needed by guests. We provide a door code and home instructions. We are available anytime for questions by email, text or phone.

The summer trolley stops very close to home, trolley goes all the way to other side of lake :)

South Tahoe Express provides shuttle service between Reno-Tahoe International Airport and South Lake Tahoe

What a great place to call home base while you experience 'SLT' (south lake tahoe) like a local. Live like a true Tahoe local (you may even start adapting to 'Tahoe Time') with all the comforts, luxuries and amenities you need to still feel like you are on a vacation.

Come home every day to a classic vintage ski chalet style home and relax. There is plenty of space for your skis, paddleboards, backpacks and gear!

The driveway is pretty long so you could park about 4 cars on property.
