External Room 5min VMadalena Subway

Cozy room with a small private bath, close to Subway Station 5 min and Vila Madalena area 10 min. The room stays out of the house, with an independent entrance. A Single bed and sofa bed available for a couple or two persons. Very agreeable area.


The Space

It is brightly, small and cozy room out of the house in avery agreeable area. There is an independent entrance to your room. There is a small private bathroom with hot water. Linens, blanket, towels, soap, and Wi-fi are provided.

Guest Access

You have your own bathroom and you have access to the kitchen to get water from the filter, to prepare your breakfast and simple meals. You will have space in our fridge. However, no guests for the meals and no guests for sleeping.

Interaction with Guests

If we are home, we can help you with directions and tips, but since we work a lot, including evening periods, you barely will find us at home.

The Neighborhood

The house stays in a very quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of restaurants and pubs, you reach Vila Madalena in 15 min walking. Banks, grocery store, post office and all sort of services are in walking distance.Subway Station is 7 minutes walk, bus stop in 4 minutes. Paulista area in 15 minutes by subway. There is security staff 24 hours at the street, and parking is easy end free.

Getting Around

From the airport, best way is taking the bus Airport Service to Tatuapé Subway station, take the subway towards to Barra Funda. From there, take a taxi to our house for about 20 reais. You also can come by subway all the way, however you will have to change trains twice and walk 600m to get here.

House rules


We like the quiet tranquility in the home, and often work here, rehearsing and teaching. You will be welcome, but if you arrive late at night and leave very early, be very careful with the noise.
