The Space
Our modern and spacious two bedroom & two bathroom town home is located in one of the most beautiful beach towns in Costa Rica: Santa Teresa. The 150m2 (>1600ft2) property has room for up to 6 people.

Casa Playa is nestled in a new and secure gated-community, right across the street from one of the best beaches in the area. Just outside the door, a gorgeous pool awaits, with comfy lounge chairs, and a shaded cabana. Lounge poolside during the day, or simply cross the street to enjoy one of the Central America's most pristine beaches.

With maid service, security, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, safe, and a full kitchen (including a dishwasher), you will have every amenity you need to feel like you are home. While our paved road and close proximity to the best attractions in Santa Teresa makes it easy for guests without a car, Casa Playa also offers secure parking for guests with a vehicle.

We’re happy to help you with anything you need. Our full-service property is managed by some of the friendliest people in Santa Teresa. Our cleaning staff tidy the house top to bottom, ensuring clean sheets, towels, and bathroom amenities.
