There's a large closet in the master bedroom and a walk-in closet in the 2nd bedroom. Fully equipped. Paved driveway for parking. Nice walk to shopping. Beautiful paintings in all the rooms by a fabulous Montauk artist.
It is unique because it is located in East Hampton Village, rated among the most beautiful of villages in the U.S. The house is so charming and beautifully furnished.
There's Wifi access to the Internet for your laptop, TV, VCR/.DVD player, a fully furnished kitchen with all appliances, fine china, glassware, flatware, etc., nice outdoor space in summer months with outdoor furniture, very tall pine trees on the side of this cottage makes you feel all nestled in, private road with lovely neighbors who watch over my cottage. Linens and towels and chairs to take to the beach are provided. Nothing is missing in this house. Walking distance to shops, local farm in summer, movie theatre, restaurants. A perfect move-in!
